Remote support is a fast economical way to troubleshoot common computer errors or training online via remote connection which works by logging in to the remote PC via the internet over an industry-standard 256-bit encrypted connection. This is the same type of connection you use when doing online banking. This will allow you to collaborate with the technician to complete the task quickly. No on-site visits, or delays.
 
Security:
You don't have to open any ports or adjust your network security settings.
All session and visual data, as well as keyboard and mouse control are encrypted with the industry-standard 256-bit encryption and are transmitted over a secure SSL connection.
A client is given full control over remote sessions and can always observe what's happening on their screen
 
Requirements:
For us to be able to provide remote assistance the below items need to be met.
  • Stable Internet Connection via High Speed Internet
  • Ability to access a web browser to complete the connection
  • Windows 7 or higher
  • We will make every attempt we can to provide you assistance but In some cases computer or connection may prevent it.
Pricing:
$25 - with a 30 minute minimum
$20 hr - billed at 15 min intervals for time after the 30 minutes.

If service call takes less than 5 minutes to resolve you will be credited a free 30 minute service call for future one time use.
